Upload a list of known suppliers in any file format (Excel, text, SAP, etc.). The cloud platform automatically sends invitations to your suppliers and who are registered within a matter of minutes. You can add additional suppliers at any time by e-mail or file.
Tenders are created in a little as four simple steps. To do this, you can access an existing database of around 400 standardized alloys (specifications). Each specification can be freely modified or you can create one of your own. Using a draft call for tender allows you to cater to recurrent needs in a single step.
Once a call for tender has been created, the suppliers are automatically notified about the start of bidding and, during the procedure, have the opportunity to submit their bids and to underbid each other. It is only necessary to confirm the bid in case of a deviation from the specification. Using various types of tender (open, ranked, confidential) allows suppliers to inquire about the current position of their bids at any time during the procedure.
You can choose a supplier both during and after your tender has expired. Needless to say, you are also not under any obligation to buy after bidding has ended!
Once you have decided on a supplier, both parties receive a confirmation of purchase with all the relevant information on the tender including the specification. Finished! You have covered your requirements conveniently, without time-consuming communication.
